UN Special Committee on Israel’s Actions in Gaza.

The United Nations Special Committee issued findings about Israel’s actions in Gaza, raising a significant humanitarian concerns. Accordingly, the inquiry probed into incidents wherein civilian lives were lost, destruction of infrastructure reported, and reparation of the populace in Gaza undertaken and with what was a heightened instigation of violence, it recommended creating pressure for accountability and the impact of continuous warfare on civilian life and basic human rights.

According to the report, Israel’s military operations in the Gaza Strip have caused widespread destruction to homes, hospitals, and schools. According to them the Un, all acts are against international humanitarian law, which stipulates the protection of civilians in places of hostilities. The report pointed to an aggravated humanitarian crisis where thousands are deprived of food, water, and medical care, thus further straining local agencies already stretched to their limits on resources.
